Our artisan workshop is located in one of the most beautiful villages in Italy among the small Lucanian Dolomites, in Pietrapertosa, from which the name "La Pietrapertosana" originates.

The entrepreneurial adventure was born in 2014 from the passion for genuineness  and from the desire to pass on the flavors, traditions and family recipes by translating them into the transformation and conservation of seasonal vegetables and fruits of our land.
